Enjoy your Independence Day celebration on top of the Big Southern Butte watching fireworks throughout the east Idaho plain. Cast a line and take a float in the Henry’s Fork.
14,000 fans can’t be wrong when it comes to the country-pop sensation, Russell Dickerson, and his platinum hits like “Yours” and “Blue Tacoma.” The Rexburg America 250 Event→ presents Dickerson this Fourth of July at the Bobcat Stadium at Madison High School for a high energy evening of boot scoot’n boogie. Once the concert wraps, the celebration continues overhead with custom drone show will light up the sky with a choreographed display, leading into a short but spectacular fireworks finale to close out the night. In Ashton, it’s a busy day of “Honoring Our Roots.”
The Rotary Breakfast kicks off at 7-9AM at the Rotary Pavilion in the City Park, $8/person or $30/family of 5. At 10 a.m., the Ashton parade begins featuring Floats, Classic Cars,Bicycles. After the promenade down Main Street, live music will follow from James and Meielie Allen. The day includes a car show, and after parade party at the Imperial Club Rock the Block Celebration before the fireworks extravaganza begins at 10 p.m.
