Island Park Jamboree ATV & UTV Event

Take in three nights of activities and two days of riding with suggested routes or on your own using Red Rock RV Park as your basecamp for anyone of any skill to get out into the sidecountry and enjoy Idaho side by side. 2 breakfasts and a long sleeve riding shirt are included with registration. And be sure to get up to Island Park early for the Potluck and Live entertainment. Celebrate Youth in Rexburg

Looking for a breather in between Yellowstone and Idaho Falls? Mark your calendar for Celebrate Youth which takes place on August 18th from 2 – 7 p.m. with an afternoon fully packed of free and fun activities in Rexburg’s Porter Park from ally types of balloons to free carousel rides, families can enjoy the climbing wall, mechanical bull and train rides.

Best ATV and UTV Trails in Island Park and St. Anthony

Popular Island Park areas for ATV and UTV riding include the Mack’s Inn area and the Henrys Lake Flat trails, which offer beautiful views of the surrounding forests, rivers, and lakes. Many trails also provide access to other outdoor activities like fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing.

Continuing the rugged fun with a pit stop at the St. Anthony Sand Dunes, or maybe stay the night at nearby Egin Lakes Campground. This 10,600-acre playground of shifting, white quartz sand is known for its unique beauty and exceptional space for off-highway vehicle (OHV) enthusiasts, hikers and equestrians.

The sand dunes themselves may appear lifeless, but they harbor three unique and sensitive species: the Saint Anthony evening primrose and two species of beetle. The dunes are ringed by thousands of acres of native grasses, junipers and sagebrush that provide habitat for sage-grouse and critical winter range for elk, mule deer and moose.
