Frost & Found, the Idaho Falls Christmas Market, kicks off with a Friday VIP experience on December 6-8. $20 gives attendees first looks at the holiday wares while enjoying holiday libations and live entertainment. The 3-day market will surely satisfy all those hard-to-shop-for-someones on your shopping lists this season with the selection of local artisans and homemade goods.

Fill the entire weekend with Christmas cheer by attending Lakeside Lodge’s Lighting of the Lodge in Island Park on December 7th with music from Perfect Chaos, from 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm.

You can’t find 700,000 acres of powder-filled national forest just anywhere, but you can in Island Park. Island Park, located in the Caribou-Targhee National Forest is home to some of the most exciting snow and accessible terrain a gearhead can ride. Boasting 950 miles of maintained snowmobiling trails, the longest Main Street in the United  States caters to all styles of snowmobiling, hill banging and boondocking.

Every January, winter fanatics flock to Out West Sled Fest in Island Park. An endless winter playground, the entire family will find their right speed of wilderness adventure in Island Park.  This year’s sled fest takes place January 16 – January 18, 2025. Competitions, tours, avalanche education, live music and casino night keep this weekend on the bucket list year after year for sled heads and their families.
