An Olympic Reception for Silver J

Winter,snow,skiing,grand targhee,

Experience a once in a lifetime opportunity at the Jaelin Kauf Homecoming Parade and Meet & Greet as the Yellowstone Teton Territory celebrates one of its own.

The Silver J returns home after an incredible Olympic performance, where she earned two silver medals and became the most decorated mogul skier in American history.

Thursday, April 16 Schedule of Events:

Parade:

Start Time: 2:45pm at Driggs Elementary School

Route: The parade will pass all Driggs TCSD schools before continuing toward Driggs Plaza, 60 South Main Street

Join the Parade: At 3:00pm, we encourage businesses and Teton Valley residents to gather along Little Avenue (between 2nd Street and Main Street) to cheer on Jaelin as she moves through town. This section of Little Avenue will be closed for the duration of the parade. If you still have your “J,” bring it along. If not, homemade signs are just as welcome.

Meet & Greet:

Time: 3:15-4:30pm

Location: Driggs Plaza, 60 South Main Street

Everyone is invited to a community Meet & Greet after the parade at Driggs Plaza to hear a short talk by Jalein and get posters signed.

Saturday, April 18

Grand Targhee Resort will host a separate celebration with Jaelin Kauf on Saturday, April 18 from 12-4pm on the Trap Bar deck with live music and drinks. Ski at the Ghee and cheer on Jaelin!
