Looking For A Vintage Main Street Vibe, Head to Teton Valley

From decorated floats, men on stilts to community breakfast, come by bike, wagon, or arrive via classic car for Fourth of July in Teton Valley.

You can fly high above the sky at the Annual Balloon Rally or get your groove on at a number of free concerts throughout the holiday weekend–however you choose to celebrate, the hardest decision is deciding what to do–but isn’t that always the problem come summer time!

The Victor Flag Ceremony starts at 7:30 a.m. in Victor City Park with Scouts Pack 185 Breakfast in the park hosted by the Teton County Sheriff’s Foundation, 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Annual 4th of July Parade begins at 10 a.m. Art in the Park & Craft Fair begins at 8 a.m. and runs through 6 p.m., Fair begins on 7/3 and continues through 7/5

The Knotty Pine Supper Club’s 31st Annual Pignic→ starts at 10 a.m. with free live music and barbeque for purchase. Music Lineup includes 86 (11:30am), B Side Players (1:15pm),
Sneaky Pete and the Secret Weapons (3:15pm) and Dirt Road Royals (5:15pm).

But Teton Valley begins celebrating before the Fourth with the 45th Annual Teton Valley Balloon Rally (July 2-5) in Driggs. This year’s launch of 25+ balloons over the course of four mornings of flight joins forces with the Downtown Driggs Association to bring Bozeman’s high energy soul troupe, Paige & The People’s Band→ on Thursday, July 2, from 6-8 p.m. at the Teton County Idaho Fairgrounds.

This horn-powered, fully charged band is a local favorite in their hometown of Bozeman, MT, and premiered season thirteen of 11th and Grant with Eric Funk on PBS. The episode later went on to win an Emmy Award. Paige & The People’s Band are sure to deliver a performance not to be missed. Paige & The People’s Band has shared the stage with musical legends like The Doobie Brothers, Lyle Lovett, Brandie Carlile, and Mike McCready. 

The evening t will feature local food trucks, a beer garden, face painting and other kids’ activities, the famous TVBR walk-in balloon “Skittlesâ€, as well as 10-15 hot air balloon pilots on-site with their balloons, inflating some time within the 8:00pm hour, weather permitting.
