It’s always a fireworks spectacular in Island Park at year’s end. Send 2025 off in style at the Lakeside Lodge with an evening of dancing and High Mountain Pyrotechnics’ dazzling fireworks. Live music with Scratch starts at 8 p.m.

A few seats remain at the Colonial Theater for the ultimate in NYE entertainment with the renowned tribute band, Arrival from Sweden, the Music of ABBA. Founded in 1995, meticulously recreates the sound and stage presence of the legendary Swedish group ABBA. Touring globally, they perform ABBA’s hits with impressive authenticity, often considered the closest experience to the original. Notably, they are the sole tribute band to have received an unreleased ABBA song.

The snow is here and Grand Targhee Resort once again closes out the year with its 3rd annual New Year’s Eve Rail Jam before the resort’s Torchlight Parade and fireworks show. Ages 6+ are welcome to sign up for the Activity Center youth parade. Kid participants are to check in at 4:15 p.m. at the Targhee tent in the Plaza for the Torchlight Parade. Adults ready to illuminate the slope check in at 4:45 p.m. at the tent. Sign-up is available in-person through noon on Dec. 31st at the Activity Center. Late night revelers can head to the Trap Bar at Grand Targhee Resort for DJ Bernard Foyer will spin the New Year’s vibes with a musical journey from 10 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.
