The Idaho Falls Arts Council kicks of its 25-26 Season Street Party next weekend with a free event at The Colonial Theater on September 13 featuring The 80’s MTV Experience of Electric Avenue.

With a street fair on A street, the season party will feature libations and vendors with season previews inside the theater throughout the evening, with popcorn, free soda, and glow swag for attendees. 

Inside the Willard Arts Center→, the Idaho Watercolor Traveling Exhibition is now on display through September 28, and then regional artist Carma Hobbs’ exhibition will be on display Oct 2-Nov 2.

The puck has dropped on the Spud Kings→ season! The 2025 Dineen Cup Champions and NCDC Mountain Division Champions take to the ice for two preseason games with the Grand Junction River Hawks before official league play with the Rock Springs Miners on Saturday, September 12, at the Mountain America Center.  As proud competitors in the National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC) of the USPHL, The Spud Kings are redefining what it means to play junior hockey at an elite level. A guaranteed great night out with the kids, the gals, or the guys, Idaho Falls’ junior hockey program never disappoints!

Save the date for Friday, October 3 and The Life of a Swiftie: A Sing-Along Dance Party at The Waterfront at Snake River Landing for 2 nights of music, sing-alongs and fun.

On Thursday, 10/2, The Exclusive Listening Party (9:30–11:30) and countdown begins with DJ Chris. The vibes will be electric as Swifities await the official album release at 10:00 p.m. Experience every track surrounded by fans who feel it just as much as you do.

And then the main event takes place on Friday (10/3) with doors opening at 7:30 p.m with DJ Chris. DJ Rowdy will take over the tables for a Taylor Sing-Along with (9:00–11:00 PM). Other fun happenings during the night include: piercings from Get Pierced & tattoos from Salty Cowgirl, botox from Upper Valley Retreat and Medical Spa, friendship bracelet trading and photo booth!
