Shopping for supplies in Island Park just got easier! Sometimes it’s easier to hit the road than the store before you go. Island Park’s largest grocery store, Sam Patch Co. Grocery→ and Sundries is located at Sawtelle Peak Rd and North Big Springs Loop Rd. 

“The store is named after Sam Patch, a daredevil who made some big jumps in his life,” owner Mike Baldwin said during an opening ceremony for a sister location in Wellsville, Utah. Everything you need for cabin preparedness, from fresh produce, fresh and frozen meat, the store also sells Idaho Fish and Game licenses, Snowmobile, ATV/UTV, Boat and registrations.

Everyone’s favorite watering hole is located off Yale-Kilgore Rd. The Shotgun Bar→ is known for its nostalgic décor and friendly service—even better their Buckshot Bistro serves up all types of grub including breakfast from 8 am – noon Wednesday through Sunday, and live music rotates through on the regular. Buckshot’s double smash burger with tallow-fried French fries is a must-try fry that will leave you longing for more time in the Yellowstone Teton Territory!
