If you’re passing through Idaho Falls, Idaho, I highly recommend a stop at Idaho Falls Luxury RV Park. It’s a spot that makes traveling with kids, pets, or just for a quick getaway feel easy and enjoyable.
Fun for Everyone
This park has something for everyone. There’s a pickleball court if you’re in the mood for a little friendly competition. The children’s playground kept our kids busy for hours, and the dog park would be perfect for letting a pup run around without worry. You can even rent a bike and ride along the scenic trail by the Snake River, which is peaceful and perfect for a little outdoor exercise. The bikes are adult sized bikes so be sure to bring your kid bikes if they’re not on big bikes yet. Honestly, the kids spent most of their time riding scooters around the park, and we didn’t have to worry about traffic or safety.

Where to Stay
Casita – Cozy and practical, with overhead heaters so you can enjoy the outdoors even on chilly nights. Perfect for chilly nights. These spots are ideal for camper vans or travel trailers.
Pull-through RV site – Easy and ideal for larger RVs to avoid backing up by being able to just pull through.
Back-in RV site – A great RV site with all the amenities.

Special Perks
One of the coolest things? If you’re staying for the 4th of July, you can watch the Melaleuca fireworks show right from the park. It’s a fun bonus, but you’ll want to book early if you want a spot – they are bought up quick. The RV hosts make it really special this day with food vendors and live music.
On the Way to Yellowstone
This park is an ideal stop if you’re heading to Yellowstone National Park. Between the outdoor activities, cozy accommodations, and thoughtful amenities, it’s a place that makes a road trip feel like a real vacation. It’s also a great checkpoint if you’re wanting to do laundry and take a nice shower.

Final Thoughts
If you’re looking for a convenient, family-friendly, and pet-friendly spot with some fun outdoor activities, Idaho Falls Luxury RV Park hits all the marks. We left feeling rested, happy, and ready for the next adventure. We want to come back and do it all again. Hopefully someday we will be able to participate in the Melaleuca Firework Show here.
